I’m recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a high-quality independent garage in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a modern, well-equipped workshop with up-to-date diagnostic equipment and a professional working environment. The business is investing in quality tools and facilities and is looking to add a capable Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a well-run independent setting.

Responsibilities

* Diagnostics and fault finding using modern diagnostic systems

* Servicing and routine maintenance

* Mechanical repairs across a variety of vehicles

* Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician

* Diagnostic experience

* A strong mechanical skillset

* A professional and reliable approach

* The ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop

Salary and Benefits

* Up to £50,000 basic salary

* £3,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours)

* 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays

* Modern workshop with up-to-date Autel and Thinktool diagnostic equipment
