The Role As a Vehicle Technician, youll be responsible for: Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles Performing general mechanical repairs and component replacements Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying potential issues Completing job cards and service documentation to a high standard Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently Communicating effectively with the service team and customers Maintaining workshop tools and equipment Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the workshop environment Youll consistently follow industry procedures, deliver quality workmanship, and uphold all health & safety requirements. xehkeey What Were Looking For Youll need: Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical ability A methodical and detail-focused approach to your work Good communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work well in a busy team environment Full UK driving licence Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) preferred Whats On Offer £32,000 £35,000 salary (experience dependent) Monthly performance-based bonus scheme Permanent, full-time position Supportive workshop with modern equipment Opportunities for training and further career progression Company pension Employee discount Free/on-site parking Cycle to work scheme Workwear and PPE provided If youre looking for a long-term role with a respected and expanding automotive business and you take pride in delivering high standards of service, wed love to hear from you.
