* Competitive basic salary up to £45,000, negotiable based on experience
* Overtime paid at time and a half, providing additional earning potential
* 45-hour working week with a structured Saturday rota (1 in 4 weekends)

Duties:
* Performing vehicle servicing and general mechanical repairs
* Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently
* Completing repairs across a range of vehicle makes and models
* Adhering to manufacturer and company standards
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience within a main dealer environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
