a busy, successful main dealer in West London is growing and theyre on the lookout for a confident, experienced Technician to join their aftersales team. Whether youve been working as a Mechanic, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or within a prestige workshop environment, this role offers genuine progression with routes into Workshop Controller, Assistant Manager and Garage Manager positions.

Salary: £36,000 OTE £50,000

Hours: Monday

Friday 8:30am

5:30pm

Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest manufacturer standards Working efficiently to manufacturer-set timings to maintain productivity Completing accurate diagnostic reports and documenting work carried out Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers Ensuring customer satisfaction stays front and centre Supporting and mentoring other Technicians as required Developing towards Assistant Manager responsibilities What were looking for

NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a prestige dealership or similar environment Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability Excellent customer service standards Able to work independently and take ownership of your output Full UK Driving Licence High Voltage (EV/Hybrid) trained preferred Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable within a busy workshop Sound like you?
