We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, an established and award-nominated independent garage based in Cannock, Staffordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position within a modern, purpose-built 10-bay workshop, offering a competitive salary up to £42,000 basic, with higher pay available for Senior Vehicle Technicians.

Duties:

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of vehicle makes and models
• Accurate diagnostics utilizing dealer-level diagnostic equipment
• Completing work to high standards, ensuring first-time-right quality
• Working efficiently within a well-organised workshop, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
• Developing technical skills through structured training and continuous professional development
• Providing technical support with access to modern diagnostic tools, eliminating guesswork or firefighting scenarios

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent essential)
