The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing a diverse internal fleet. Youll work with modern equipment, follow structured processes, and contribute to a high-performing workshop environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a mixed fleet Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and site teams Maintain accurate job records and follow internal procedures Support continuous improvement as the business expands
What Were Looking For Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered with experience) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with fleet, dealership, or workshop environments Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards A positive, team-focused attitude
