- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a range of vehicle faults
- Performing routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Inspecting vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults to ensure safety and compliance
- Carrying out MOT testing where qualified, adhering to DVSA standards
- Completing detailed service reports and customer documentation
- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
- Maintaining high standards of workshop efficiency and vehicle safety
- NVQ Level 3 in Automotive or equivalent (City & Guilds qualification)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment
- Own set of tools essential
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT licence desirable but not essential
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of modern vehicles
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
