Vehicle Technician

Due to increased workload, we are currently looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our team.

The applicants should have a full NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, experience on working on modern vehicles and procedures for repairs. With the ability to produce consistently high-quality work and be committed to excellent standards of customer care.

Previous experience working on JLR vehicles and nominated MOT tester would be advantageous but not essential for the role. A willingness to learn is essential.

Job type: Full time. 40 hours working week, 08:00-17:00 with occasional Saturdays (optional)

Qualifications

  • NVQ or city and guilds Level 3 (required)
  • Driving licence (required)
  • MOT tester (preferred)

Work location: Little Bytham

Duties include:

  • Maintaining and repairing vehicles
  • Diagnosing vehicle problems
  • Communicating with customers about repairs
  • Using specialised tools to diagnose and fix vehicles
