Vehicle Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership. This position offers competitive remuneration, stable working hours, and genuine career progression opportunities.
Benefits of this Vehicle Technician role:
- Basic salary up to £37,000, depending on experience
- Potential earnings of up to £42,000 OTE through achievable bonuses
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- No weekend work required
- Team bonus scheme offering up to £1,200 per month based on performance
- Secure employment with a well-respected dealership
- Access to ongoing training and career advancement programs
- Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing efficiently to a high standard
- Completing all work in line with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards
- Accurately documenting all work carried out and advising customers on repairs or future servicing needs
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet workshop targets and improve customer satisfaction
- A Level 3 Qualification within Vehicle Maintenanace & Repair, or equivlent as well as a few years experience.
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Good organisational skills, capable of working independently and within a team
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work standards
