We are looking for a skilled and dedicated *Level 3 Vehicle Technician and qualified MOT Tester* to join our team. As an established *Vauxhall dealership*, and with *Mitsubishi soon being added to our portfolio*, this is an exciting time to join our business. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and longevity of customer vehicles through expert diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. All training and development will be tailored to support both *Vauxhall and Mitsubishi franchises*, giving you the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise across both brands.

*Who You Are:*

* Qualified *Level 3 Vehicle Technician* (or equivalent) * Fully qualified *MOT Tester* with a valid MOT licence * Minimum 3 years’ experience working on light vehicles * Prefer to work in a team environment * Able to manage the time allowed for each job to ensure deadlines are met * Maintain a clean and tidy work area * Strong attention to detail * Customer-focused approach * Enjoy working in a busy workshop environment * Hold a full UK driving licence

*As the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:*

* You will ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of vehicles through expert servicing, repairs, and MOT inspections * Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards and regulations * Comply with health and safety standards, including ongoing training * Use your broad technical knowledge to service and repair a range of vehicle systems * Support the workshop team in delivering efficient and high-quality work across both Vauxhall and Mitsubishi vehicles

*Main Duties:*

* Confirm reported vehicle issues, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs * Perform MOT tests and associated inspections in line with legal requirements * Diagnostics and troubleshooting * Carry out routine repairs and scheduled maintenance * Complete vehicle health checks combined with video presentations of vehicle condition * Advise on any future work that may be identified * Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards * Keep up to date with technology changes through regular manufacturer training across both franchises

*Working Hours:*

8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings

Pay: Up to £41,000.00 per year
