Job Description

An established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Ventilation Project Manager to take full commercial and operational control of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

This is a senior delivery role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple live contracts concurrently.


The Role

You will assume full responsibility for projects up to £1.5m, ensuring programme, cost, quality and client expectations are met at every stage.

Key duties include:

  • End-to-end management of ventilation projects

  • Commercial oversight, including cost control and financial performance

  • Submission of monthly valuations and payment applications

  • Pricing and managing variations with full change control substantiation

  • Coordination of clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams

  • Monitoring programme and mitigating delivery risk

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards


Package

  • Salary approximately £60,000

  • Uncapped bonus
