Role Overview: As a Corporate Risk Solutions Vice President, you will oversee the Mid-Cap UK business, working with the team and partners across the bank to deliver optimal solutions to our client franchise. Key Requirements: Experience in Corporate hedging solutions and risk management Familiarity with the mid-cap market and corporate banking processes Proven understanding of debt transaction cycles Previous client management experience Project management and organisational expertise Additional valued skills include stakeholder management and understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment. The role is based in our London Office and is a Certified role under PRA & UK FCA regulations, possibly requiring regulatory qualifications. Purpose of the Role: To raise capital and manage clients' financial risks, including financial advisory, market opportunity identification, research, and economic analysis.
