VP Real Estate - Digital Infrastructure / Data Centres
(candidate must be based and eligible to work in the UK or Europe)
We are partnering with a fast-growing global digital infrastructure company that is rapidly expanding its footprint through strategic real estate and facility development. They are looking for a VP of Real Estate who thrives in a scale-up environment and can shape where and how the organisation grows.
This role owns the end-to-end real estate strategy—from site identification and acquisition to development, delivery, and portfolio management. It’s a high-impact opportunity to influence a scaling organisation’s growth trajectory and ensure every site is set up for success.
What we're looking for:
Experience leading real estate strategy in digital infrastructure, telecom, or data centre projects
Track record managing land acquisition, development, and portfolio growth in high-growth environments
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results in a scaling organisation
