Salary Band: £35,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on seniority)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll join a collaborative technical team responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting complex virtualised environments. Your day-to-day work may include:
Providing first and second-line support for incidents and technical issues
Monitoring system performance and ensuring stable, secure operations
Creating and maintaining documentation to support knowledge sharing
Supporting compliance with internal processes, standards, and policies
Contributing to continual service improvement initiatives
