• Advanced visual design skills across platforms (iOS, Android, web, mobile).
• Strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellence in interaction design, visual design, and accessibility.
• Proficiency in tools:Figma, Adobe CC
• Skilled in prototyping, sketching, and concept development.
• Experience working within and contributing to multi-brand design systems.
• Competent in documenting components and maintaining design consistency.

Design Thinking & Process

• User-centered design approach to craft industry-leading experiences.
• Advanced in competitor analysis, workshopping, and ideation.
• Proactively design with the customer’s needs in mind.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers, product owners).
• Ability to engage and align with stakeholders from digital and non-digital backgrounds.
