As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and capable Voluntary HR Recruiter to help us build internal capacity by sourcing talented individuals for a range of volunteer and strategic roles.

Role Overview:

As a Voluntary HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for the A.C.U. You’ll help shape the team behind the movement by ensuring we bring in individuals with the right skills, values, and energy.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (voluntary or professional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for community development, Pan-Afrikan empowerment, or cooperative enterprise
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or other basic admin tools
