We are mandated by a leading European Financial Institution that's building out a dedicated Infrastructure, Capital Structure Advisory team in their London office - looking to hire at the junior VP level.

This is a great opportunity for Senior Associates looking for VP, or beginner VPs as this team offers a lot of room from growth and clear path to promotions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading execution of debt advisory mandates from origination through to closing.
  • Overseeing junior members of the team - structure and negotiate financing solutions across the capital structure, including senior, subordinated, mezzanine, and holdco debt.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with banks, private credit funds, and institutional lenders across Europe.
  • Support origination efforts, business development and actively coordinate with relevant origination team and other stakeholders.
  • European geographies.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • 6+ years in infrastructure (Investment Bank, Project Finance, or Big Four Accounting).
  • Strong financial modelling, understanding of financial concepts, and valuation.
  • Proven deal execution, strong performance, and mentoring/ leading junior team members.
  • Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Outstanding academic record.
