As a Waiter/Waitress, youll be the face of our service providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality to every guest. Youll work closely with the floor and bar team to ensure smooth, seamless service throughout each shift, maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them through their dining experience with confidence and professionalism.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are delivered promptly and presented to standard.
Offer informed recommendations on menu items, wines, and specials.
Maintain thorough product knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and daily changes.
Ensure tables are well-presented and service areas are clean and organised at all times.
Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination during service.
Handle guest feedback and requests with care, ensuring satisfaction and positive experiences.
Support the team in setting up, closing down, and maintaining operational readiness.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a quality dining or high-end pub environment preferred.
A genuine passion for food, drink, and great service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods.
A friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
