Learn and share the knowledge on Yakiniku, Wagyu beef and the full menu offering Partake in training in the cooking technique of Yakiniku Ensuring the high levels of service are consistently provided Ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out Ensuring effective and engaging daily briefings before each service Building guest loyalty constantly building knowledge on restaurants offering to provide individual and engaging service at all times Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to help achieve the weekly revenue and profit targets Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures throughout the venue, including health & safety and food safety procedures Deliver adhoc tasks and required by the Senior Manager
Requirements and skills Must be comfortable working with meat Have previous experience of delivering quality food service along with extensive knowledge and passion for the industry Availability to work nights and weekend Committed to your own personal development
