Location: Herne Bay
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next (rotating shift pattern)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a well-regarded residential children's home in Herne bay.
You'll be joining an organisation that places great value on both the children in their care and the wellbeing of their staff. Their focus is on providing a safe, supportive, and homely environment where young people can grow and thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide consistent overnight care and support for children with learning disabilities.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with organisational policies.
Follow safeguarding, fire, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Participate in mandatory training and continuous professional development.
Attend supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting is desirable but not essential.
