This is a great opportunity to join a global fresh produce business, supporting the day-to-day logistics and yard coordination at a key UK site. The Role: As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, youll be responsible for supporting the transport and warehouse operations teams with booking collections and deliveries, managing inbound stock, and ensuring the yard is well-organised, efficient, and compliant. Youll play a vital part in keeping goods moving smoothly across a busy site. Working Pattern: This is a full-time, on-site role working a fixed shift pattern of either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities: Book transport and confirm collections/deliveries
Liaise with drivers and manage vehicle flow in the yard
Coordinate unloading of goods and perform physical checks against paperwork
Keep delivery and transport documentation accurate and up to date
Manage tray and pallet hire/de-hire processes
Monitor consumables inventory and organise waste collections
Maintain a safe and tidy yard environment, reporting any H&S concerns
