The Role...
At Soho House, a Warehouse Assistant is responsible for purchasing, receiving, checking, storing, and distributing goods across multiple departments (housekeeping, F&B, spa, room service, front of House).
The Warehouse Assistant ensures stock accuracy, maintains a safe and organised workspace, and supports all outlets with timely deliveries. They are also an ambassador for the Soho House brand, delivering efficiency, reliability, and excellent service to colleagues and members.

Key duties...
Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders, logging variances in purchasing system
Pick and prepare orders using picking lists, ensuring correct pack sizes and product codes
ApplyFIFO/FEFOrotation for minibar stock and check expiry dates
Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock counts, review and report variances
Follow procedures for wastage, damages, shortages, and returns
Keep working area tidy, organised, and compliant with health & safetyprocedures
Communicate with other departments and escalate urgent requests when required
Use equipment safely (pallet truck, sack truck, ladders, forklift -when certified and trained)
What we are looking for...
A successful Warehouse Assistant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity
Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
