We’re looking for a hands on Deputy Warehouse Manager who takes ownership, leads from the front, and pushes beyond “good enough.” If you thrive in a fast paced environment and believe the best results come from strong teams, this role is for you. The Role Owning It You’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day warehouse performance, from inbound to outbound, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Step up with confidence, stay resilient under pressure, and continuously drive improvements, keeping KPIs on track and maintaining compliance and site standards. Working Pattern

13:00pm – 22:00pm 8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday 40 hours per week
