The Role and Candidate

Are you an experienced warehouse operations expert ready to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment? Join us at POP MART as our Warehouse Manager – UK Operations, where you’ll lead the day-to-day performance of our UK warehouse (via 3PL), ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and outbound flows across both retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee UK warehouse operations, including inbound shipments from China, inventory storage, order packing, and outbound distribution

• Manage 3PL relationships, holding partners accountable for KPIs, SLAs, and cost performance

• Coordinate with internal Logistics and Merchandising teams to ensure availability and timely movement of stock

• Own warehouse reporting – accuracy, lead times, service levels, and cost efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale operations and support business growth

• Ensure inventory integrity through stock counts, audits, and investigations

• Lead logistics setup for new UK retail stores and support store replenishment

• Manage last-mile e-commerce delivery, including carrier performance and fulfilment timelines

• Contribute to strategic projects such as warehouse transitions, layout optimisation, and WMS/ERP upgrades

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in warehouse or fulfilment operations, ideally managing 3PLs and remote teams

• Solid knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management best practices

• Proven success in both retail and e-commerce fulfilment

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

• Experience with operational KPIs, cost control, and logistics troubleshooting

• Based in London with willingness to travel to the UK warehouse frequently

• Fluent in English
