About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our product fulfilment team in Braintree. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
Loading and unloading goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Meeting daily performance and accuracy targets
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Comfortable working long shifts (12 hours)
Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
