Warehouse Operative - Days

Ensure that stock is handled and stored in the correct area, reporting any stock issues to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

* Ensure the correct material is picked and loaded on the correct vehicle with photo’s

* Assist the picking team in locating stock

* Finish loads left from the day shift

* Liaise with transport for information on incoming containers

* Assist the team when loading and unloading the material from containers and trailers

* Assist Supervisors in any tasks allocated to you on a daily basis, if there is any uncertainty, this must be discussed with your Manager or Supervisor

* Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor

* Ensure that the yard is kept clear of packaging material, all bearers and packaging must be disposed of in the correct manner

* Maintaining lifting and plant machinery, daily/weekly inspections.

* Assist in ad hoc maintenance tasks, weekly yard clean-up

* Liaising with Health and Safety to ensure that plant/machinery hired or Brisko owned, have the necessary certification for use
