Warehouse Operative – Dayshift

Weybridge, Surrey Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:00pm £32–34k bonus No weekends Christmas shutdown

Looking for a solid, long-term warehouse role with a company that values its team? We’re hiring for a Dayshift Warehouse Operative in Weybridge. Forklift experience (Reach or Counterbalance) is preferred, but the right attitude is essential.

The Offer:

• £32,000–£34,000 basic discretional annual bonus (group, branch & personal performance)
• Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 5:00pm
• Permanent, full-time position
• No weekends, Christmas shutdown
• Free on-site parking and a supportive, low-turnover team

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive and dispatch goods
• Pick and load customer orders accurately
• Stock control and quality checks
• Operate FLT (Reach or Counterbalance preferred)
• Follow safety procedures to keep the warehouse running smoothly

You Must Have:

• Experience in a busy, high pick-value warehouse
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Awareness of health & safety
• Ideally, FLT licence (Reach or Counterbalance) and knowledge of cutting saws (training provided)
