Warehouse Operative / Driver - Fareham £30,500 + Benefits | Full-Time

ARM is delighted to be supporting a leading wholesaler of renewable energy equipment in the search for a Warehouse Operative/Driver to join their growing team in Fareham.

Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, our client is looking to appoint a reliable and hardworking individual, with further hiring anticipated later in Q2 as growth continues.

The Role: The successful candidate will initially be based predominantly within the warehouse, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring customer orders are picked, prepared, and dispatched efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Picking and packing customer orders Handling and moving stock, including heavy items such as batteries and solar panels Supporting general warehouse operations Undertaking occasional delivery/driver duties as required Working collaboratively within a close-knit team environmentThis is a physically demanding role, and candidates must be comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting throughout the working week.
