£13.45 per hour (£31,473 per annum)

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established food distribution operation in Worcester. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role
Picking and packing food products accurately
Using hand scanners to process orders
Loading and preparing goods for dispatch
Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
General warehouse duties including stock movement and organisation
Working within a controlled temperature environment, including fridge and freezer zonesRequirements
Reach Truck licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently to targets
Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environmentsWhat We Offer
