Warehouse Operative / FLT (Temp to Perm)

Location: Bloxwich

We're seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid counterbalance forklift licence and previous steel industry experience to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00 Friday: 08:30 - 17:00 Overtime available Responsibilities:

Operating counterbalance forklift trucks Handling and moving steel products Loading/unloading wagons General warehouse duties and housekeeping✅ Key Skills & Requirements:

Valid counterbalance FLT licence Steel industry experience is essential Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Strong attention to detail Team player with a good work ethic Reliable and committed to long-term employment Pay & Benefits:

Minimum wage during probation Quarterly bonuses once permanent
