Key Responsibilities

* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately

* Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely

* Goods in / goods out processing within a busy warehouse environment

* Labelling, scanning, and updating warehouse management systems

* Identifying and reporting damaged or missing stock

* Maintaining health & safety standards in the warehouse

* Supporting general warehouse duties and logistics operations

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Worker / Picker Packer

* Valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence (essential)

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)

* Experience operating warehouse equipment and forklift trucks

* Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control

* Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution / logistics environment
