A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership role within a modern, high-performance chilled warehouse environment as a trainee. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rotating shift pattern (various start times from 06:00)

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Supervisors with daily warehouse operations

* Lead and support a small team

* Ensure accurate picking, stock control, loading, and despatch

* Maintain a clean and safe chilled warehouse environment in line with food hygiene standards.

* Work collaboratively with Production, Haulage and Distribution

* Support staff development and provide Supervisor cover when needed

What We’re Looking For

* Strong communicator with a positive, proactive attitude

* Organised, reliable, and detail-focused

* Willing to learn and develop leadership skills

* Flexible and comfortable working in a chilled environment

* Knowledge of Health & Safety

* Desirable: FMCG or chilled warehouse experience, FLT/PPT licence
