We’re recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative & Relief Driver to join a busy night shift operation in Watford. This is primarily a warehouse-based role, focused on picking stock and loading vans, with occasional relief van driving when required - therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. This role offers stability, progression potential and consistent night shift hours.

What you’ll be doing: Working night shifts between 20:00 – 04:00 Picking, sorting and preparing orders for dispatch Safely and accurately loading vans Supporting general warehouse operations throughout the shift Providing relief multi-drop van driving cover when needed Ensuring accuracy, care and attention to detail at all timesWhat we need from you: Previous warehouse experience (picking / loading / dispatch) — essential Full UK driving licence — must be confident to drive if required Experience in van or multi-drop delivery — desirable Reliable, punctual and physically fit for manual handling DBS check required (can be completed during onboarding) Flexibility to work 5–6 days per weekIf you’re looking for a steady night shift role with a strong mix of hands-on warehouse work and occasional driving duties — with hourly rates rising up to £15.38 after 12 weeks — we’d love to hear from you.
