Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Bagging and Packing Items: Ensure all items are accurately bagged and packed to meet our high company standards.
Putting Stock Away: Organise and store stock efficiently and safely, keeping everything in its rightful place.
Picking Items: Accurately select items from stock to fulfil customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Sorting Through Stock: Sort and organise stock to prepare it for storage, maintaining a streamlined process.
Working to Strict Timelines: Meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time, helping the team stay on track.
Maintaining a Clean Environment: Keep the warehouse clean and organised, promoting a safe and tidy workspace.Skills and Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Strong Attention to Detail: Precision is key in ensuring all items are correctly handled.
Efficiency Under Pressure: Ability to work swiftly and accurately, even under tight deadlines.
Good Stamina: Physical fitness for manual tasks is essential.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations to assist with inventory management.
Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not mandatory!
