We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to support our spare parts and logistics operations. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate stock control, and timely delivery of parts to customers. You will be actively supported by your colleagues within a collaborative and growing team environment.


Your tasks:

  • Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Receive, inspect and book inbound deliveries into the warehouse management system.
  • Arrange shipments and coordinate logistics with courier and transport companies.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Perform routine warehouse safety inspections and maintain compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (VNA experience preferred).
  • Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safe working practices at all times.
  • Update stock systems and process customer orders using computer-based systems.
  • Assist in resolving basic warehouse system or operational software issues when required.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and shipment status.


Your profile:

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  • Valid UK forklift licence required.
  • VNA forklift licence or experience is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures and manual handling practices.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Comfortable using warehouse management or stock control systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic operational or IT-related warehouse system issues.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when required.
