Warehouse Operative \n Location: Waltham Abbey (EN9)\n Reporting to: PM Shift Team Leader\n Working Hours: 10:30 – 20:00 (including 1-hour unpaid lunch break)\n Contract: 42.5 hours per week | Full-Time | Permanent\n\nAbout the Role\n\n Centric Talent is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT Experience to join our client’s afternoon shift team at their well-established warehouse in Waltham Abbey.\n\n Our client is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products, supplying retailers across the country. They are looking for motivated, reliable, and flexible individuals to strengthen their warehouse team.\n\n Key Responsibilities, your duties will include:\n\n - Operating Counterbalance and/or Flexi forklift trucks safely and in line with site procedures.\n\n - Picking SKUs for:\n\n - Replenishment of off-site locations\n - Internal site requirements\n - Individual customer orders (when required)\n\n - Ensuring all picking is completed accurately and within required timescales.\n - Assisting with loading and unloading goods when required.\n - Carrying out general warehouse duties as directed by the PM Shift Team Leader.\n - Maintaining high standards of stock handling and integrity to minimise damage.\n - Supporting overall warehouse operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.\n\n - Skills & Experience Required\n\n - FLT Experience  \n - Flexi (VNA) licence – desirable but not essential.\n - Previous warehouse experience preferred.\n - Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.\n - Good communication skills.\n - Strong attention to detail.\n - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.\n - A team player with a positive attitude.\n\nApply Today If you have strong warehouse experience and a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, we would love to hear from you.\n Simply click Apply, and one of our Recruitment Specialists will contact you to discuss the role and arrange the next steps, including an interview with our client.
