About the Role:
Our contracts department is looking to appoint a Warehouse Operative in Swadlincote to support the secure organisation and management of sensitive paperwork. This operative role suits someone who is detail-focused and committed to maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality standards.

Main Duties:

Sorting and categorising confidential files
Filing documents in accordance with internal processes
Placing records securely in allocated warehouse locations
Maintaining accurate logs and documentation
Following all data protection and confidentiality regulations
Carrying out general administrative tasks as needed Candidate Profile:

Strong attention to detail with a precise working style
Well-organised and structured approach
Capable of working alone or within a team
Basic IT literacy
Previous admin or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
Able to manage sensitive information responsibly and discreetly We Offer:

Contract Type:  Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern:  7am-4pm, 12pm-9pm, 5pm-4am
Requirement:  Must hold a valid, clean driving licence
