Location:Bedford (MK41)

Job Type:Temporary potential to become permanent after 3 months

Pay Rate:£12.71 £14.47 per hour

Shifts:4 ON / 4 OFF | 06:00 18:00 or 18:00 06:00


Vital People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy Tray Wash site near Bedford (MK41).

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for warehouse jobs in Bedford with the potential to secure a permanent positionafter successfully completing a three-month probation period.

This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates who are fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Infeed: removing waste from trays before loading into machines
  • Outfeed: stacking washed trays and placing them back on pallets
  • Performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Working independently or as part of a team
  • Maintaining a safe and organised workspace


Requirements

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills
