Warehouse Operative - Sittingbourne £13 per hour | Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 10am-6pm)

We're currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a world-leading medical healthcare company based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected employer where your work truly makes a difference.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an essential part of the operation, ensuring products are picked, packed, and processed with accuracy and care. Duties include:

Using handheld devices for precise order picking in a clean, ambient warehouse. Maintaining and organising stock records. Completing paperwork and updating systems accurately. Supporting colleagues with urgent requests and contributing to process improvements.What's On Offer

Pay: £13 per hour (with opportunities to progress). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Weekly rotation of early (6am-2pm) and late (10am-6pm) shifts. Previous warehouse experience is essential. Good basic English and Maths skills. Reliable and punctual, with a strong team ethic.
