Holt Engineering are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a busy, fast-paced team based in Poole.

If you have at least 2 years’ warehouse experience, a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence, and take pride in delivering high-quality work—this could be the perfect role for you.

The Duties for the Warehouse Operative will include:

Picking, packing, and preparing goods for global dispatch (sea, road & air)

Operating forklift trucks, pallet trucks, and overhead gantry cranes

Ensuring accurate documentation and on-time despatch

Carrying out stock control and inspections

Supporting project assembly and warehouse operations

Experience required for the Warehouse Operative role:

Hands-on warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Team player with great communication skills

Physically capable of manual handling (15–25kg)

Forklift licence essential (gantry crane licence a bonus)

What the Warehouse Operative Role can offer you:

Up to £28k per annum (DOE)

Monday–Friday, 40 hours (early Friday finish!)
