Warehouse & Logistics Operative

Working Pattern

Hours: 9am to 4:30pm Location: Cambridge Travel may be required occasionally to meet reasonable business or training needs. The Role

We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Operative to join a well-established organisation operating within a highly regulated sector.

This role is key to ensuring the efficient, accurate and compliant handling of specialist products within a busy warehouse environment. You will play an important part in maintaining quality, safety and service standards across all warehousing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards Receive, check and accurately book in goods Store products correctly in line with regulatory and company procedures Pick, process and dispatch orders accurately across multiple product categories Handle specialist samples and batches in a timely and precise manner Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times Support Quality Management and Business Continuity processes Maintain a clean, organised and audit-ready warehouse environment Provide support with deliveries and equipment placement as required Be available for occasional out-of-hours support if required Skills & Experience Required
