We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will be using systems and scanners to receive and locate goods, pick and dispatch these goods, as well as general housekeeping.Key Responsibilities:Use warehouse systems to accurately locate, pick, and dispatch goods, ensuring all items are handled safely and with care.Replenish stock levels and consolidate inventory as needed to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations.Keep the warehouse clean, well-organised, and ensure all equipment is operated and stored correctly.Complete all required documentation accurately and in accordance with warehouse procedures, promptly reporting any faults, defects, or issues.Required Experience:Be able to work in a Multi temperature (chilled and ambient) environment.Good communication and team working skills.Attention to detail is essential.Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.Basic numeracy and literacy skills.Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.Why Join Gregory Distribution Ltd?Competitive Salary: £28,787 per annum, based on working 40 hours per week.Hours: 18:00hrs - 02:45hrs, working on a 6-week rolling rota.Overtime: Paid at an hourly rate of £13.84.Training: Monthly Courses for a variety of areas.Benefits: Additional holiday purchasing scheme*, Retail discounts with Circular Benefits*, Retail Trust Wellbeing Support*, and more.Career Growth: Explore opportunities for professional development within our expanding business.Company Benefits: Excellent holiday allowance.
