Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.96 per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our busy and growing warehouse team in Hinckley. This is an afternoon shift role, ideal for candidates who have experience in a warehouse environment and are looking for stable, weekday work.
Key Responsibilities
*
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
*
Loading and unloading goods
*
Operating warehouse equipment and MHE (where trained)
*
Ensuring stock is handled, stored, and recorded correctly
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*
Following all health and safety procedures
*
Working to targets and deadlines
Requirements
*
Previous warehouse experience preferred
*
MHE licence (e.g. Counterbalance, Reach, PPT, or LLOP) desirable but not essential
*
Good attention to detail
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
*
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
