Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so, our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team based in Aylesbury.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work full‑time hours, Monday to Friday, and play a key role in the day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Loading and Unloading: Safely managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
Inventory Management: Assisting with stock control and maintaining an organised warehouse environment
Quality Control: Checking products to ensure they meet required standards
Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to meet daily targets and maintain a positive working atmosphere
System Updates: Using PC systems to complete daily updates and records

What We're Looking For

A positive, can‑do attitude
A strong team player who enjoys supporting others
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
Basic PC proficiency is required
A strong awareness of health and safety practices
A valid counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous, but not essential
