Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Picker
Salary: £31,116.80 per annum + £1,000 performance bonus
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
Job Purpose:
To support efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, handling, and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The successful candidate with start in tividale site then transfer to Bilston site by March.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and prepare orders accurately in line with picking lists
*
Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse
*
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
*
Carry out general warehouse duties including housekeeping and stock checks
*
Adhere to all health & safety procedures and site policies
Requirements:
*
Valid MHE licence for Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or PPT
*
Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
*
Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
*
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts
