The Warehouse Operative will work as part of a dynamic and growing team to deliver EOS suppliers and customers with an unrivalled service, and contribute to our growth and success. WHAT YOU WILL DO Ensuring the day-to-day operational Logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently. Handle material, including loading and unloading of trucks. Perform pick and pack of orders accurately and promptly. Support shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Excellent follow through skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills. Forklift license Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations. Be an analytical thinker who can help organize and complete tasks. Be self-motivated, with a keen ability to ask questions, as well as a self-directed learner. Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team. Ability to pay attention to detail.
