The Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse & Production Supervisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced team at our Central London facility. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role, overseeing ice production in all its forms-from classic ice cubes to bespoke sculpted blocks. You'll play a key role in warehouse operations, logistics, and team leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Production & Quality Control

• Oversee the production of ice cubes, bespoke-cut cubes, and sculpting blocks
• Maintain high standards in freezer storage and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with SALSA food hygiene standards

Warehouse & Logistics

• Manage picking, packing, and palletizing for orders
• Supervise van loading/unloading
• Handle stock control, supplier liaison, and inward/outward goods

Team & Equipment Supervision

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring smooth operations
• Oversee sculpture preparation, wrapping, and storage
• Maintain warehouse and production equipment, ensuring health & safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years warehouse experience (supervisory/management experience preferred)

✔ Forklift license is a must - You’ll be driving a counterbalance forklift on a daily basis.

✔ Strong organisational and leadership skills

✔ Hands-on, proactive attitude-someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment

The Perks

Salary: £35K+ DOE

⏰ 50 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–5 PM)

☀ Summer shifts: Midday–10 PM (rotational)

Weekend work required (rotational basis)
