Warehouse & Production Operative – Permanent

Bridgnorth, Shropshire
£25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (1‑hour lunch)

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a local manufacturer for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Production Technician to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail, and wants to build a long‑term career with a growing technical business.

The Role: You’ll support the smooth running of the warehouse and help prepare components for dispatch and installation. The work is varied, technical in places, and ideal for someone who enjoys learning new skills.

Key responsibilities include:

* Goods In & Inspection

* Stock Handling & Storage

* Order Picking, Packing & Dispatch

* Product Preparation & Simple Assembly

* Stock Control & Warehouse Operations

What We’re Looking For

* Strong attention to detail

* Good practical or mechanical aptitude including experience with hand tools and machinery

* Willingness to learn technical products

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

* Organised and methodical approach

* Able to work well as part of a team

* Comfortable handling items up to 20kg
