Warehouse/Stores Team Leader A great opportunity is now available with a high value, low volume manufacturer, to join and lead their expanding Logistics team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will have broad range of responsibilities including the supervision of the team based in the warehouse and logistics operation. Main Duties: Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of Logistics operatives. Hold weekly team meetings to detail objectives and priorities. Ensure company health and safety procedures are followed. Monitor and manage the storage, kitting and dispatch of goods and materials. Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained and updated. Ensures strict adherence and implementation of FIFO. Allocate tasks and monitor team performance. Report and investigate discrepancies or damages in stock or deliveries. Ensure Kits are correctly allocated and processed. Assist with training new team members and upskilling existing staff. Liaise with procurement, production and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
