We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Northampton to join our team, focusing on Stock Control, Cycle Counts, and Value Added Services (VAS). You’ll play a key role in maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy while ensuring all VAS activities are carried out efficiently and meet customer standards.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will support and lead a team, work closely with warehouse operations, and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory with the warehouse management system.
Identify, investigate, and resolve stock discrepancies.
Supervise and ensure all VAS tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and VAS activities.
Train, mentor, and support the warehouse and VAS team members.
Work with internal departments and customers to support operational requirements.
Propose and implement process improvements for stock control and VAS efficiency.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with knowledge of stock control and VAS.
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Knowledge of value-added services in the 3PL environment.

Additional Information

Shift - Any 5 over 7 40 hours per week 8:00 am -16:30.
Flexibility is required to work across different shifts and locations on occasion
